How we work

From our first conversation
to handover.

At every stage, we explain what we are doing, what we need from you and what needs to be agreed before moving forward.

  1. 01

    First contact

We discuss what your business needs.

    What we do

We listen to what you need and assess whether we can take on the work. Contact us through the form, by email or through a partner.

    Your part

Tell us what your business does, what you want to achieve and when you need it. If you have a budget in mind, we discuss it from the start.

What you have at the end

    A record of your needs

    At this stage

No signature is needed for an initial enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not constitute an order.

  2. 02

    Understanding your requirements

We agree what the project needs to achieve.

    What we do

We review what you already have, what your business needs and what could affect the project. We record the points that need clarifying before we proceed.

    Your part

You provide the available materials and examples that help us understand what you want. You also nominate the person who will gather feedback and give approvals on your side.

What you have at the end

An agreed description of your needs

    At this stage

You confirm our written record. If a separate paid assessment is needed, we agree its scope and cost before it begins.

  3. 03

    Proposal and agreement

Know what the project includes and what it costs.

    What we do

We prepare a quote covering what you will receive, what is excluded, the timeline, cost, payments and revision rounds. We explain licences, renewals and support.

    Your part

You review the quote, ask any questions and confirm your billing details and your point of contact for the project.

What you have at the end

    Quote and project agreement

    At this stage

We sign the project agreement accompanying the approved quote. It sets out any deposit and everything needed to begin.

  4. 04

    Project kickoff and materials

We organise everything needed to move forward.

    What we do

We organise the work, review stages and communication process. We request only the access required, using the secure method we have agreed.

    Your part

You provide the copy, logos, photographs and access details we have agreed, and confirm that you have the right to use the materials.

What you have at the end

    Materials checklist and work schedule

    At this stage

We confirm the start in writing once the agreed conditions are met. If specific confidentiality or data processing terms are required, we review them before proceeding.

  5. 05

    Design and approval

Review and approve the proposal before we move forward.

    What we do

We present the structure and design, or a working sample, depending on the project, and apply the agreed revisions.

    Your part

You review the proposal and send consolidated feedback within the timeframe we have agreed.

What you have at the end

    An approved proposal

    At this stage

You give written approval in the agreed way. If you request additional work, we first explain the extra cost and time required.

  6. 06

    Development and testing

We build what we have agreed and check that it works.

    What we do

We build the project and test the agreed features. For websites, we check mobile usability, links and forms, among other things. We apply appropriate checks to every other type of project.

    Your part

You test the preview, review the copy and business details, and check that the core features work as agreed.

What you have at the end

    Project preview and testing checklist

    At this stage

We gather your feedback and complete the revisions covered by our agreement.

  7. 07

    Final approval and launch

You approve the final version and its launch.

    What we do

We present the final version and organise publication or file delivery. After launch, we check the core functions again.

    Your part

You approve the final version and launch date, and complete the payments agreed for this stage.

What you have at the end

    The approved final version

    At this stage

You confirm in writing that you accept the final version. If the agreement requires a handover document, we sign it at this stage.

  8. 08

    Handover and ongoing care

You receive your files, access details and guidance.

    What we do

We deliver the files, access details and guidance we have agreed. We document licences, renewals and third-party services, and explain what support covers.

    Your part

You confirm that you have received the files and have the access you need. If you need maintenance or ongoing support, we agree this separately.

What you have at the end

    Handover pack

    At this stage

Maintenance or ongoing support is agreed separately, with specific tasks, duration and cost.

Project documentation

What we agree
at each stage.

We adapt the process to the type and size of your project. Before we begin, we agree the required documents and the terms of working together.

Before we begin

An outline of your requirements, a detailed quote and a project agreement. These define the work, each party’s responsibilities, timeline, cost, payments and handover terms.

As work progresses

We request written approval at the agreed stages. For additional work, we provide a time and cost estimate first and proceed after your approval.

At handover

We record final approval and everything handed over. If you need ongoing support, we agree it separately.

This page describes our working process and is not a quote or contract. Specific terms, usage rights and payment conditions are defined in the project documents.
